One price, and it includes delivery
Shipping is included in the price you see. We arrange and pay for the haulage to your site anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. There are no fuel levies, mileage charges or ZIP code surcharges. The only figure added at checkout is state sales tax, calculated from your delivery address, and an exemption certificate can be entered if you hold one. The price on the product page is the price in the cart and the price at checkout.
Every unit is inspected against a published checklist
We publish the actual pre-dispatch checklist rather than describing it in general terms, so you can hold us to it. Read the inspection standard and the definition of every condition grade. If a unit fails a check it is repaired, downgraded or withdrawn — never shipped as something it is not.
Clear terms, stated up front
- Shipping: Free to all 50 states, included in every price.
- Sales tax: State sales tax added at checkout; exemption certificates accepted.
- Payment: Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH/bank wire.
- Dispatch: 3-10 business days after payment clears.
- Returns: 14 days from delivery on stock units. Return haulage on a change-of-mind return is paid by the buyer, at cost. Misdescribed, damaged or wrong items are collected and refunded in full at no cost to you.
