Free delivery, all 50 states
Haulage is included in the price on every product page. There is no delivery line to add at checkout, no minimum order and no ZIP code surcharge.
What free shipping covers
The price shown on a listing is the price delivered. We book the truck, pay the haulier and deliver the unit to the address you give us, anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Fuel levies, mileage, tolls and standard tilt-bed offload are all covered by us, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Sales tax is separate from shipping
Shipping is $0.00. State sales tax is calculated from your delivery state at checkout and added to the total before you pay, so the figure you approve is the final figure. Because delivery is free, no tax is charged on shipping. Buyers with a valid exemption certificate can enter it at checkout. See the payment page for accepted methods and invoicing.
Lead time
Stock units are dispatched 3-10 business days after payment clears, and transit is typically a further 1-5 business days depending on distance. Modified and custom builds are scheduled once the specification is signed off, and the build time is stated on your quote. We confirm a delivery window by phone or email before the truck is booked.
Site access you need to have ready
Tilt-bed delivery needs firm, level ground and a clear straight run of roughly twice the length of the container plus room for the truck: about 60ft of clear space for a 20ft unit and about 100ft for a 40ft unit. Overhead cables, low branches, soft ground, parked vehicles and tight turns all affect whether a tilt-bed can place the unit. Tell us about them when you order. Where access is restricted we can arrange a crane offload; that service is quoted separately because it is booked from a third party, and we will always agree the cost with you in writing first.
On delivery day
Someone over 18 must be on site to direct placement and sign for the unit. Walk around the container before the driver leaves, check the doors open and close, and note any transit damage on the delivery paperwork. Once the unit is placed, the delivery truck cannot reposition it.
Failed or refused delivery
Free shipping covers one delivery attempt. If the site turns out to be inaccessible, nobody is there to receive the unit, or the driver cannot offload safely, the haulier charges for the wasted journey and we pass that cost on at cost with the invoice attached. We check access requirements with you before dispatch specifically so this does not happen.
Damage in transit
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference. We repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, and we pay the return haulage. Full detail is on the returns and refunds page.
