Accepted methods

We do not accept cash on delivery, cryptocurrency, personal cheques or gift cards, and our drivers never collect payment at the roadside.

Credit and debit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card details are entered on our secure SSL-encrypted checkout and authorized by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

ACH and bank wire

You can pay directly from your bank by ACH transfer or wire. Wire and ACH instructions are issued on your invoice from Shipping Container Titan Distribution LLC only, and orders paid this way are dispatched once the funds clear. If you receive bank details from any other name or from an email address that is not sales@sctitancontainers.store, call us on (302) 666-4991 before sending funds.

Security and fraud

This site is served over HTTPS and we never see or store your full card number. We may ask for proof of address where a delivery address does not match the cardholder address, and we may cancel and refund an order we believe to be fraudulent.

When payment is taken

Your total is complete at checkout: unit price, free shipping and state sales tax. Nothing is charged on the order page. We confirm stock and the delivery window, then send a secure payment link for the exact total you approved. Card details are handled by a regulated payment provider and are never stored by us.

Deposits on modified builds

Modified and custom containers require a deposit before fabrication starts, with the balance due before dispatch. The deposit amount is stated on your written quote.

Taxes and invoices

Sales tax is worked out from your delivery state at checkout using the general statewide rate, and confirmed on your invoice. Shipping is free, so no tax is charged on shipping. If you hold a resale, government, non-profit, agricultural or other documented exemption, tick the exemption box at checkout and enter the certificate number; tax is held at $0.00 while we verify it, and we contact you before invoicing if it cannot be verified. Every order gets a full itemised invoice by email showing the unit price, $0.00 shipping and the tax charged.

Currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply a conversion fee that is outside our control.

Online card capture is not yet switched on for this site. Until it is, orders are recorded and a secure payment link for the same total is emailed once stock is confirmed. See the delivery policy for lead times.
