7Ft x 7Ft Shipping Container Office \| Portable Anti-Vandal Building is a new / one-trip container home and office unit measuring approximately 7ft, supplied from current distribution stock. The steel shell is converted for occupied use with insulated walls and ceiling, internal lining, and window and door openings framed and sealed. Electrical rough-in and fittings are checked before the unit is listed. The internal layout, insulation build-up, window and door positions, electrical provision and any heating or air conditioning fitted to this unit are confirmed in writing before dispatch, along with what is supplied fitted and what is left for your own trades. Foundations or piers, utility connections and any local building, zoning or occupancy approvals are arranged by the buyer. Further fit-out work, partitions, kitchens or bathrooms can be fabricated to your drawing and quoted with the unit. Delivery is free to any address in the 50 states and is already included in the price shown; state sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery state. Winter-ready construction: this unit is insulated for four-season use with 2 in of closed-cell spray foam on the walls (approx. R-14) and 3 in on the ceiling (approx. R-21), bonded directly to the steel shell to stop condensation, over an insulated subfloor (approx. R-10) with a moisture barrier. Windows are double-pane insulated glass, and the unit is pre-wired ready for a ductless mini-split heat pump. Approximate exterior footprint: 49 sq ft.
