About this unit

This 40ft swimming pool uses a modified high-cube frame with listed width of 8ft and approximately 5ft configurable pool depth, not overall frame height. The powder-coated steel basin has a waterproof liner and 1.5in closed-cell spray foam, approximately R11. The model specification lists a 50,000 BTU heat pump, 1.5 HP pump rated at 4,500 GPH, integrated filter housing and multi-colour LED lighting. Electrical supply is GFCI-protected 220/240V. Ladder or bench-step entry and exterior finish depend on configuration. The 4,500 GPH figure is pump flow, not water capacity. Confirm basin volume, overall height and supplied equipment before purchase. Titan’s listed condition applies to the supplied unit. Delivery is included under Titan’s published shipping terms; sales tax is calculated at checkout. The pool arrives empty. Arrange a prepared base, safe access, suitable set-down, water and electrical connections, and required permits. Installation works and configuration upgrades must be agreed separately.
